Here are the most frequently asked questions about attending an event with us.
What vaccines does my dog need to have to attend an event?
Please note to attend events, dogs must be up to date on all vaccines and their fecal exam. This means puppies under 4 months are not encourage to register for dog friendly events; as they do not have all their vaccines yet. All facilities in Chicago require UTD vaccines & negative fecal exams for participation in our fun and prevent the spreading of illness.
What if my dog is toy-aggressive or dog-aggressive?
We ask that when attending dog friendly events that owners use best judgement regarding the temperament of their dogs and ask that you do not attend if your dog is unreliable with other dogs or in large crowds. Please do not bring dogs that are dangerous to others or that are in heat.
Can I bring personal dog toys to events?
For the safety of other dogs and humans, please do not bring personal toys to our events.
Who cleans up after my dog at events?
You do. Please bring bags as needed :)
Do you transfer tickets online for sold out events?
NO! If an event is marked SOLD OUT, THERE IS NO ONLINE TRANSFER OF TICKETS. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR SCAMS.
What is your Refund/Cancellation Policy?
Please note, we've updated our policies as of August 2019: Refunds are available within the first 24 hours after purchase only. After 24 hours, no refunds will be given (we also cannot transfer your ticket to a future event date).
***Much like event tickets you might purchase via Ticketmaster; we do not refund when you can no longer attend, but unlike major companies we do not keep the ticket price, it's donated to the events' beneficiary in full.
Refunds are available if your event is postponed, rescheduled or canceled. If ticketing came from outside vendor you must contact them for a refund.
Please email us at [email protected] with any questions.
Do I need to sign the events waiver every time I attend an event with my dog?
Nope! You only need to sign this waiver once and it covers you and your dog for life. Click here to sign the online waiver.
