REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are available within the first 24 hours after purchase only. After 24 hours, no refunds will be given (we also cannot transfer your ticket to a future event date). You may resell your ticket privately to someone else, however, you must contact us with the information/name change on your ticket/reservation prior to the event.
If you cannot attend an event you've paid for and have not resold your ticket, your purchase will be donated to the beneficiary of the event. If an event is canceled due to low turn out or inclement weather, we will then refund tickets. Please email us at [email protected] with any questions.
