We are so excited to collaborate with artist, Caylee Wells, at Waterpop Gifts to bring you an original custom pet portrait on your favorite merch!

Instructions for Ordering one of these limited-release Original Custom Pet Portrait:
1. Use the below form to order your limited release Waterpop Custom Pet Portrait, uploading full body photo of your pet. Scroll down for suggestions on best possible items to upload to our order form.
2. Either purchase only the custom 8x10 watercolor portrait or tell us which of these never before available options if you would like your custom pet portrait printed on from these thoughtfully curated products now or after your portrait is complete.
(We understand you may fall in love and want "all the things" after you originally thought you may only want the portrait!)
Please note: All limited release custom pet portraits ordered through Real Dog Moms of Chicago come in size 8x10 and are packaged with backing board and sealed in a protective cellophane bag.
3. Upon Waterpop's completion you will receive a watermarked digital copy of your custom pet portrait via the email address you provided. Caylee will be in contact with the tracking number once the portrait is on it’s way to you. Custom pet portraits can be mailed to any U.S state except Alaska and Hawaii.
4. If you selected any of the additional items with your pet's portrait a link will be sent to you to purchase these additional items directly via our Threadless store, see examples: https://rdmoc.threadless.com/collections/waterpop-limited-release-custom-portaits
***Timeline: Each month we will open a limited number of custom pet portrait orders available for purchase. Five custom pet portraits are open for purchase starting September 1st through the 5th. Your original painting will be mailed no later than the last day of the month. You will receive the tracking number from Caylee via email.

The best reference photos include the following:

- Natural light by a window or cloudy day. Try to avoid very harsh sunlight on the subject so it doesn’t blast out their true colors.
- High definition clarity or no further than 4 feet away from the subject.
- Showcasing subjects special qualities (example: underbite, floppy ear, markings, etc.)
- Downloaded and saved (Please avoid sending screenshots).
- Scan physical photo if possible instead of taking a photo with your phone of the physical photo.
- Full body photos only please. See tan dog above, far right - "bust" style won't print well onto additional items.
